Package Deals
3 Day Package Offer
The 3 day package deal includes attendance at the conference sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (including the option workshops on Friday afternoon), all tea and coffee as well as lunch on all 3 days.  It also includes the Drinks Reception on Wednesday evening.  Please note that the package deal does not include attendance at the APS Black Tie Dinner on Thursday evening (if you wish to attend the APS Black Tie Dinner please add this from the Modular Registration Options).

2 Day Package Offer
The 2 day package deal includes attendance at the conference sessions on two days either Wednesday and Thursday (including the Drinks Reception on Wednesday evening) or Thursday and Friday (including the option workshops on Friday afternoon), all tea and coffee as well as lunch on both days.  Please note that the package deal does not include attendance at the APS Black Tie Dinner on Thursday evening (if you wish to attend the APS Black Tie Dinner please add this from the Modular Registration Options).

Single Day
The single day includes attendance at the conference sessions on a single day, either Wednesday (including the Drinks Reception on Wednesday evening), Thursday or Friday (including the option workshops on Friday afternoon).  Tea, coffee and lunch are included.  Please note it does not include attendance at the APS Black Tie Dinner on Thursday evening (if you wish to attend the APS Black Tie Dinner please add this from the Modular Registration Options).

Workshops Only
This included attendance at the Friday afternoon workshops only and any associated papers.  The Workshops do not include attendance at PharmSci or the Exhibition.

Modular Options
Wednesday 12th September
Includes attendance at the conference sessions on Wednesday, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea and attendance at the Evening Social function.

Thursday 13th September
Includes attendance at the conference sessions on Thursday, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.  Attendance at the APS Black Tie Dinner is not included.

Friday 14th September
Includes attendance at the conference sessions on Friday and optional workshops on Friday afternoon, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.

APS Black Tie Dinner (Thursday 13th September)
Please note that this option does not include attendance at any of conference sessions.

Payment
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the conference on Wednesday 12th September.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to three weeks before the commencement of the event (Wednesday 22nd August).  In all cases, 25% of the fees will be retained to cover administrative expenses.

Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time.

In the event of cancellation by the organisers, liability will be limited to the return of fees actually paid.
